Children are actually showing a heightened fascination with trying Vaporized cannabis as well, according to a study published in May 2021 in the peer-reviewed Journal of Adolescent Health. This study was done by the National Institute of Mental Health, which is a government agency within the united states Department of Education. Researchers examined the smoking behaviors of twenty-three children, including ten who smoked cigarettes regularly and fifteen who did not smoke at all. It was found that even children who were only occasional marijuana smokers were ready to try vaporizing cannabis. Interestingly, this study didn’t look at the long-term ramifications of E-Cigs on these children’s long-term smoking habits, only their short-term ones.
Overall, it appears that the dangers of E-Cigs are just about exactly what one would expect from combustible using tobacco.
